Untitled
Untitled’s name intentionally stems from the minimalist art movement of the 80’s. Works were usually named Untitled because they are presented to be exactly what they are as an object, surface, orientation and medium. There were no underlaying deeper concepts, the art was meant to simply be. This experimental noise and performance art duo, exhibis around BC. This pair combines audio and visual elements on stage. The noise making contraptions they use consist of: guitar pedals, mixers, audio clips, miked & distorted accordion, kitchen appliances and other found objects. They enjoy crossing the bourgeois barriers between the stage and the audience, incorporating interactivity and viewer participation. They do not have songs or albums, but simply create a live experience for their viewers, often with some sort of interactive component.
